He’s received the Vikas Rattan Award from the International Friendship Society of India, for efforts in enriching human life and for his achievements.

Mr. Rajiv Bajaj graduated in Mechanical Engineering, and then procured his Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering.

He’s worked with Bajaj Auto Ltd. in multiple capacities, and has been on the Board since March 2002.

An Honours Graduate in Economics and Law, and a Business Graduate from Harvard Business School, Mr. Rahul Bajaj was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Bajaj Auto in 1968 before he took over as Head of the Bajaj Group of companies.

With a distinction in both, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune in 1988, and Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick in 1990, Mr. Bajaj has worked with Bajaj Auto in various capacities, now as Managing Director.

Rakesh Sharma

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Rakesh Sharma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM- Ahmedabad, and joined Bajaj Auto in October 2007 as President (International Business). He is currently the Chief Commercial Officer.

Abraham Joseph

Chief Technology Officer

Starting off with Bajaj Auto as a Graduate Trainee Engineer in July 1989, Mr. Joseph assumed the roles of GM (R&D) and VP (R&D), before his current role of CTO. He studied Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Mr. Ravikumar joined Bajaj Auto as an Accounts Officer in June 1984 and is now the President of Business Development & Assurance. He is also an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Soumen Ray joined Bajaj in August 2018 as Joint President (Finance) and is now the Chief Financial Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience.

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Ravi Kyran holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Before joining Bajaj in February 2017 as President of Human Resources, he was Vice President of HR with Texas Instruments (TI) in Dallas.

Mr. Sridhar holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Madras Christian College, L.L.B. from New Law College, Mumbai University & a Masters in Management Sciences (MMS) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune University. He joined Bajaj Auto in 2001.

Kevin P D'sa

President (RETAIL Finance)

Mr. Kevin D’sa earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, after which he completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1978 and ICWA in 1981. He started off with Bajaj Auto in September 1978 and is presently President of Finance.

Eric Vas

President (Urbanite Business)

Mr. Eric Vas is a Mechanical Engineer from College of Engineering, Pune with a PGDM from IIM- Calcutta. He joined Bajaj Auto as President for New Projects in March 2009 and is currently President for the Motorcycle Business.

SARANG KANADE

PRESIDENT (MOTORCYCLE BUSINESS)

Mr. Sarang Kanade joined Bajaj in February 2019 as President (Motorcycle Business). He is a Mechanical Engineer from SPCE, 1992 and MMS (Marketing) from NMIMS, 1996. He has 23 years of experience in leading businesses across industries.

PRESIDENT (NEW PROJECTS)

Along with 25 years of business and leadership experience from reputed companies, Mr. Rao also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI School of Business, Jamshedpur. He joined Bajaj Auto in January 2017 as President of Retail Finance.

PRESIDENT (PROBIKING)

Mr Sumeet Narang joined Bajaj Auto in February 2014 as Vice President (Marketing-Motorcycle Business) and is now the President (Probiking). He is a 1993 batch MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. Prior to joining Bajaj Auto Mr. Narang worked in companies like Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble (Gillette), Aircel and Samsung in Marketing.

PRESIDENT (EXPORTS BUSINESS)

Mr K S Grihapathy joined Bajaj Auto in April 2004 as General Manager (Marketing- Two-Wheeler) and is now the President (Exports Business). He is an engineering graduate from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore with Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Prior to joining Bajaj Auto Mr. Grihapathy worked with companies like Bharat Electronics, Wipro Infotech, Standard Chartered Bank and ICI India Limited in Sales and Marketing.

R. C. Maheshwari

President (Commercial Vehicle Business)

A gold-medallist in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, Mr. Maheshwari joined Bajaj Auto in July 2007 as President (Commercial Vehicle Business).

C. P. Tripathi

Advisor (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Mr. Tripathi, a Science Graduate from Agra University, also holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur. He joined Bajaj Auto in January 1996 as VP- Waluj Plant, then VP- Operations, VP- Corporate and VP for CSR. He’s currently Advisor for CSR.

Mr. Shrivastava joined Bajaj in April 1986 and took over as Vice President, later to become Chief Operating Officer. In 2016, he joined the Board as Executive Director. He’s earned a Diploma in Production and Finance after his Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

D. J. Balaji Rao (b. December 15, 1939), studied Mechanical Engineering and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering, alongside certification for an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, Fountainbleu. He has been on the Board for Bajaj Auto Ltd. since 1993.

Dr. Goswami (b. August 29, 1956), Founder and Chairperson of CERG Advisory Private Limited, earned a Masters in Economics and a D.Phil. (Ph.D), Oxford University. He’s taught at famed universities, and served on government panels and Boards for listed Indian companies.

Nanoo Pamnani (b. on February 26, 1945) completed his B. A. (Hons), then B. Sc. (Economics) from London School of Economics. During his long career with Citibank, he has held many prestigious positions in the country and abroad.
